Open Studios
Tannery Artists Open their doors to the public
Every October, the Cultural Council of Santa Cruz County hosts the Open Studios Art Tour. Over 200 artists open their studio doors for three weekends in all parts of the County. Artist disciplines include assemblage, book arts, ceramics, collage, sculpture, furniture, glass, encaustics, textiles, jewelry, metal, sculpture, mixed media, painting, mosaics, photography, drawing, installation, and woodworking. This is a great way to see artists in action, their inspiration, and collect some of the best art in Northern California.
